2008 Program
Become one of the individuals who have completed this program and are now serving throughout the community and state!

Originally started by the Chamber in 1989, the purpose of the program is to develop individuals to assume leadership roles within Shawnee, Johnson County, and the state of Kansas and beyond. Since its inception, over 180 individuals have graduated from this leadership program with many serving our community in various roles.

Participants will be required to attend eight full day and one half day class sessions from January 2008 to May 2008.  Topics will include Education, Health Care, Economic Development, Community Service and City, County and State Government.

Program Chair Randy Braley of Bucher, Willis & Ratliff Corp. stated, “The Leadership committee is very excited about the 2008 class. We have added more content to the classes as well as new events. Anyone looking to develop their leadership skills, network with area professionals and learn more about their community would make an excellent candidate for the program.”
