Chamber Vision Statement
The Shawnee Chamber of Commerce is a business organization with over 60 years of service creating and preserving the best possible business climate and quality of life for the Shawnee area by achieving the following:

• Advance the interests of its members by supporting and encouraging local, state and federal legislation that will promote the continued growth of the Shawnee business community and provide an equitable taxation system.
  
  

• Implement programs that will address the current needs of businesses while continuing to plan for the long-term vitality of Shawnee.
  
  

• Continue building upon key alliances through unique partnerships formed through the City, Chamber members, businesses, organizations and others.
  
  

• Maintain a positive public image and awareness to accomplish continued community and business growth and retention
  
  

  Size
  The Shawnee Chamber of Commerce is a growing Chamber of approximately 700 businesses in or around Shawnee. The Chamber communicates with over 1400 representatives on a weekly basis.

  Structure
  The Shawnee Chamber Corporation (501C6) is comprised of three divisions: The Shawnee Chamber of Commerce, the Shawnee Economic Development Council, and the Shawnee Convention and Visitor's Bureau.
  
  Location
  The Shawnee Chamber of Commerce is located on the Southwest corner of Shawnee Mission Parkway and Lackman Road. The Chamber offices are on the second floor of the First National Bank of Olathe Building, 15100 West 67th St., Ste 202, Shawnee, KS 66217-9344
