committee is composed of 17 city, business, and tourism
representatives. Together we work to market Shawnee as a
tourism destination -- its attractions, events, hotels, shops
and restaurants. |

“MISSION– POSSIBLE” |

"Mission - Possible" is the theme for the 2007 Total
Resource Campaign (TRC) for the Shawnee Chamber of Commerce.
The TRC is chaired by Dale Warman and Kathleen
Whalen, The Whale Spout Car Wash. Their special
agents, Dawn Kuhn, Bank Midwest; Pam
Cooper, The UPS Stores; Lori Hoelting, LA
Graphics and Shelly Fabac, Sign-A-Rama , are
working hard to make this another successful campaign.

Business Expo A Success! |

The 2006 Shawnee Business Expo, Celebrating 150 years of
Commerce, was held on Thursday, September 21st at the Shawnee
Civic Centre. Over 68 member businesses participated in the
event. |
