| SEDC Hosts Business Appreciation Luncheon |

Each year, the Shawnee Economic Development
Council (SEDC)celebrates Business Appreciation
with an event to showcase several area companies
for making important contributions to the City's growth
during the past year. This year's Business
Appreciation Luncheon is scheduled for July 19,
2007, 12:00 P.M. at Shawnee Town Hall, 11600
Johnson Drive.

The Kansas City Business Journal just released their
list of the 25 area Chambers of Commerce. Shawnee
was ranked #9 in the Metro with 650 Chamber
members.
Thank you to all our members for your support and
commitment to grow the Shawnee Chamber.

others on their efforts to retain and recruit business
